Spring Break

So it is a lovely 78 degrees outside on my Easter Vaca (I know it is Spring Break, I still call it Easter) and I am spending three hours of my day tutoring math in a library. It is surprising how much more work it takes to tutor in math. There is more preperation and work that you have to have lined up. There is a definite answer if they don't get it you go over it with them until they do, then you have to give them more work. My usual approach to tutoring is as follows: Here is some work for you to do, while you do it I am going to post on my blog and look at magazines or read a book. Then I will look at what you have done to see if it is right while you play a math game on the computer. Three freaking hours of math. Reading is so much easier you can easily eat away an hour of reading and discussing a book, creative writing.
Well I am sure that is interesting.
I want to be at the beach. Or sitting on my parents porch with a glass of ice tea, playing music that my dad hasn't heard (and likes) while my mom walks by with her fingers in her ears asking me to turn it down. This post is boring, I apologize

I concur, (i have no idea if that spelling is right) When will this day in which we get paid but not work come about during easter break. Most people have to fight to get a week off. I don't think Becca has had a vacation in two years.
I love summer. Yesterday I sat in my car with my face practically smashed against my window so I could feel the sun on my face. This is not a good idea for two reasons. One: your depth perception becomes skewed and it is more difficult to drive straight. Two: It messes up the sound in my car so my music sounds flat and wierd.
I listened to The Old Man and the Sea on CD yesterday on the way home. It was nice and made my trip go quickly. Then I had fish for dinner.
Today is gloomy and it is supposed to rain. BOO
